Online Returns & Exchanges

PLEASE NOTE: This policy and any information stated on this page applies only to our online returns and exchange policy. For our retail store policy please enquire in-store directly.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS OR RETURNS:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
  • Your item must be in its original packaging with the original Joevany barcode label on 
  • The receipt/invoice must be included in the package to act as proof of purchase

 

RETURNS:

If goods are returned to us, as sold, unused and in their original packaging, we are happy to refund your products within 14 days of purchase (cooling-off period). Your goods must satisfy the eligibility for refunds or returns, stated above. As soon as you decide to return your purchase please fill out the returns form here. You must fill out this form within 14 days of purchase. As soon as you have done this please send back the goods in their original packaging and the original shipping box to the following address:

The package should include a copy of your receipt or invoice which was sent to you via the email you provided during checkout. 

We suggest you ship the goods using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee the goods will be delivered to us and we will bear no responsibility for lost goods. We are a small company and we want to keep our prices affordable for everyone and as a result, we are unable to refund you for the postage cost of goods that you choose to return to us. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to you. If you return goods to us due to manufacturers fault the shipping costs incurred by you will be refunded to you. In such cases please use a trackable shipping service. If we do not receive the goods we can not process the refund. 

As soon as we receive your return and you are accepted for a refund, your refund will be processed as fast as possible. During busy periods such as Christmas, Mothers Day etc. please allow a few extra days for us to process the refund. The refund will be issued onto the card that you paid with during checkout or using the original method of payment. Each bank is different and as a result, please allow a few days for the amount to become visible in your bank account. If you can not see the amount please contact your bank or ourselves via the contact form. 

Online purchases can not be refunded in-store. 

EXCHANGES:

If goods are returned to us, as sold, unused and in their original packaging we are happy to exchange them within 21 days of purchase. As soon as you decide to exchange your purchase please fill out the exchange form here. Please copy and paste the URL(s) of the good(s) you wish to purchase instead. You must fill out this form within 21 days of purchase. As soon as you have done this please send back the goods in their original packaging and in the original shipping box to the following address:

As soon as we receive your goods we will process the exchange and if there is a balance due we will contact you to process the payment, if not you will receive a credit note. Credit notes can ONLY be used in-store. Credit notes can not be used in our online store.

You can exchange your online purchase in-store. Goods must satisfy the eligibility for refunds or returns. Please ensure you have a copy of your receipt/invoice if you are returning goods in-store.
