Our team works extremely hard to deliver your goods as soon as possible. At present we offer shipping only to Ireland, however if you would like to have your order delivered outside of Ireland please contact us by email: info@joevany.com before you place your order.

Please note below are only the estimated delivery times. The delivery times may vary on rare occasions due to circumstances beyond our
control. If delays occur we will try our best to minimise the time it takes for your goods to be delivered and we apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause to you.

Regardless of the company your goods will be shipped with, you will always be provided with a tracking number so you can monitor the
progress of your parcel.

IRELAND:

When you order your goods we will ship your goods via FastWay Couriers which will always require a signature on delivery. You will receive emails with details of your package. These emails will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. If you can not see such email please check your spam/junk folder. FastWay Couriers will deliver your goods from Monday to Friday during business hours. As a result, we recommend someone to be present at the delivery address during these hours. If no one is present at the time of delivery the courier will call you on the contact number you provided during checkout.
